The "Professional Service Works! Customer Service Program" uses the DiSC®
Dimensions of Behavior model to help customer service personnel adapt their behavior to
customers' needs. Through individual exercises, small group activities, and a supporting
video, employees increase their professionalism. From negotiations to conflict resolution,
employees become more prepared to successfully nurture one-to-one relationships with
clients while improving technical and teamwork skills.
Professional Service Works!® contains five, three hour modules that cover
the following areas:
- Identifying and understanding your own behavior using the DiSC® Profile
- Understanding and adapting to customer behavior
- Increasing professionalism through better attitudes and teamwork
- Managing special service situations and problems
A Trainer's Kit makes conducting Professional Service Works!® a fun
experience. The kit includes a Facilitator's Manual, a set of overhead transparency
masters (paper), a 72-minute video, and a Participant's Manual. Each participant should
have his or her own manual for the program.
Turn the insights gained through the powerful Personal Profile System ®
2800 (DiSC ®) instrument into positive customer relations with Professional
Service Works!®.
Professional Service Works!® is produced by the Carlson Learning
Company and is their registered trademark along with the Personal Profile System®
2800 and DiSC ®.
