Every participant uses a Participant's Manual. In addition, you will get the greatest benefit from the program by incorporating other DiSC^® materials including: the Personal Profile System 2800^®, the Role Behavior Analysis, the DiSC^® Managing Performance Action Planner, and the DiSC^® Management Strategies People Reading Card.
