The Business Center can provide your organization with access to versatile software programs that enable you to collect feedback on any topic from multiple raters. (This is often called 360 feedback because information can be collected from superiors, peers, and subordinates.) We have in-house capability to process 360 assessments and the ability to connect you with other resources offering proprietary systems for special paired-comparison evaluations. We can also arrange for the purchase of software for 360 assessments.

Our 360 feedback service is great for collecting and summarizing personal development feedback and for many other uses. It can be used to collect needs assessment data for training programs, critiques from training session attendees, the feelings of a work team or workforce, or feedback from customers. Whenever you want data from multiple sources, we can help you get it!

Versatility is a hallmark of the programs we provide. We can design your data collection and process the feedback, providing you with finished reports. We can also arrange for you to purchase software so that you can do-it-yourself. The 360 software is intuitively easy-to-use. Built-in prompts help you establish the survey questions and participant groups you want. You can draw from a library of established survey questions or create your own. You can use a wide variety of rating scales. In addition, you can collect narrative comments from respondents so that feedback recipients have more than just numbers to work with. And, that’s not all!

You can set up the software to use diskettes or your firm’s network or e-mail systems. You can even use paper and pencil if it is more practical. All the data collecting and summarizing is done in complete confidence. No one can pry into the data. It is available only to the system administrator and the designated recipient(s).
