UNIVERSAL
SIMULATION
This great "game" brings to life the financial operation of a firm.  Participants work in pairs as CEO & CFO to run their own businesses.  Playing cards simulate real events affecting financial performance.  Companies track their own income statements and balance sheets, measure performance, and make capital decisions.  Four years of  play create a true ecomonic cycle.   Participation requires basic business knowledge provided by BIZ WIZ® self-study materials or equivalent educations or experience.  Reusable board and cards accomodate up to eight players.  Consumable company kits required for play.   Normal training group size is 12 - 24.

 

NUCLEAR
NIGHTMARE
This unique simulation situation requires teamwork to produce a paper device needed to avert a nuclear catastrophe.  Participants are assigned goals and roles and organized for production, quality, and materials handling tasks.   Periodic pauses permit reflection and reorganization as the group discovers what is required for team success.  Used in the U.S.A. and Europe.
